If a refund is granted, the buyer has 7 days from item delivery to dispatch this item back to the seller.
The clothing item must be in its original condition with tags attached and unworn/unused.
For hygiene reasons, some clothing items cannot be returned (e.g. underwear, swimwear)
Once the retailer receives and inspects the returned clothing item, customers can expect to receive a refund within 5-7 business days.
